Problems when upgrading a trial account

I had a problem when doing the online upgrade of my trial account to a normal account.

I entrered the number of my international credit card number and the site told my that the transaction was nos sucessfull with the message: "Transaction unsuccessful. If you are sure the credit card number was entered correctly, <br>please contact <a href="http:///>.....". (See that the message itself is bugged)

Well, I repeated the process and entered another of my international credit cards and the same happened.

In contact with my credit card administrator, he told me that there are registers in both credit cards, each one with amount equals USD19,99! Both authorized and debited!

immediately I wrote a mail through the web form in support pages to blizzard, at 12h00, pacific time, and until now (19h33) I had no answer to this problem.

Sorry, I know it takes time to solve, but at the moment no one from Blizzard contacted me. Is it normal? How many time I will need to wait to get my account and the refund for the wrong charge, billed by a bugged payment form?

It there any online chat to solve this kind of problem faster?

Thanks for attention.

I do apologize for any confusion, especially concerning the pop up message not displaying correctly.

In the event our system is not able to finalize the transaction we do not collect the funds. Your financial institution may put the funds on hold for us to collect for a specific period of time noted in their policies, however I can assure you we do not collect funds for transactions that do not finalize.

If you are using an international card that could cause an issue. Currently the site is set up to process transactions for the North American version of the game and its supported regions. If you are using a card from outside that region it may not be able to go through.

The alternative to this would be to purchase a retail copy of the game in store, or call the Billing & Account Services department directly to attempt the transaction over the phone. Our phone representatives can verify the account and then try processing your card on this end. i will include the phone contact information below in case you would like to call in for a possible resolution.

International cards can sometimes run into issues.

I'd recommend trying to give Billing a call for further assistance on those.

Some of our international players that don't have access to one of the toll-free numbers above have also spoken highly of programs such as Skype. May be something worth investigating.

Due to the age of this original post, I'm going to be locking this one.
