Plans to change battlegroups?

I was just wondering if Blizzard has any plans to change the servers in the battlegroups around? I'm about to pull my hair out every time I go into a bg because of the terrible players on my team. They refuse to listen to anything that a person who actually has a clue about how to win a bg says. I just want to know if I'm going to stuck with these morons forever or if will i get to meet some new people and actually have a chance of winning a bg?

The Battlegroups are set up based on the physical location of the servers, so the likelihood that you'd see any drastic changes in which realms belong to which Battlegroups are slim.
