Hey I was on the 10 day free trial and I upgraded to WOTLK soon after starting the trial and I knew that my time was up today so I added a 60 day playing card to my account and it is showing on my account page but I am getting messages in game that my time is about to expire. Did I miss a step or something?

EDIT: Just got the 25 min warning.

It looks like the code was accepted, Naturesguard, once the trial 'expires" your game card should take over.

(with the possible exception of super long times for submitted tickets.)

Which we are working to reduce as best as we can. Our goal is to get those petition response times back down to 5-10 minutes again. :)

Good luck, Naturesguard.

Whats up with the "we are experiencing a high volume of petitions"? Its been like that since the expansion release, and im pretty sure the tickets have diminished by now.

They did for a time, they were returning to normal. The Midsummer event has resulted in a high number of petitions. Not to mention this is summer time and we have an increased number of people who are playing because school is out.
