The account in question, Moocowtank, was locked due to a chargeback discrepancy. In order to have this matter addressed—or to dispute the chargeback—please contact Billing & Account Services at your earliest convenience. For this specific situation, calling in would be your best couse of action.

Q u o t e:
i didnt know it was charged back.

Further instructions were included in the notification email I referenced, Moocowtank. It was sent to the address registered to your account just before your now-current one. Do you have access to this email?

Q u o t e:
cant i just pay for another month or whatever?

At present, there is a negative balance on your account due to chargeback. Simply paying for another month will not resolve this discrepancy. You will either need to repay the outstanding balance through the means detailed within the notification email or discuss this matter further with our Billing & Account Services staff on Monday (or your next earliest convenience).

Q u o t e:
couldnt they have just froze the account till i had payed for it?

The account is simply locked at this time—it is neither suspended nor banned. Access will remain disabled until the outstanding balance is resolved, though.

Q u o t e:
this could have been solved 16 days ago..

While our Account Administrators do work to appeal a variety of penalties, they unfortunately were not the appropriate party to contact in this instance, as issues related to chargeback are addressed by our Billing & Account Services staff. For any confusion your prior correspondence has generated, I do sincerely apologize; I understand how frustrating this must be. Please be sure to bring this matter up with Billing at your earliest convenience and during open office hours, though; our representatives therein will be happy to assist.

If you need to me forward you the original notification email in question, I will be happy to do so at this time.

The reason behind the Money Order requirement is to ensure that the payment cannot be disputed again. I'm sorry if you're unwilling to acquiesce to the request to use one, but I'm afraid that is the only method we accept in order to address Chargeback issues.

I do not believe cash is accepted as the payment needs to be made out to the appropriate party, Moocowtank.

You will need to send a Money Order. I think they're about $0.50 these days for items under $100, but it's been a while since I've used them and it depends on where you obtain one.

As Syndri mentioned, the email regarding the current situation was sent on the 10th of June. You have my apologies if there has been any confusion regarding any contact since then.

That's an automated message from when you contacted our Account Administration department. That's not the email Syndri referenced.

Here is the subject and the first few words:

Access to the World of Warcraft account

I'm afraid I can't give you more than that, but I can assure you that is when this email was sent.
