How do i get unbanned - Blue Tracker

Hello, my WoW account was permanantly banned, I received no warning and no email via blizzard. Then I figured my account got hacked, however my password is still valid. When I try to change the email it tells me its incorrect, i had the secret answer thankfully. Then I emailed account admin to try to get it resolved but then I was told to call WoW billing? I hear they cant get an account unbanned, please help me, or at least understand the situation. Thank you :)

Billing would be able to help you correct the email address if necessary, but they cannot unban the account. Account actions are all examined by Account Administration. If you need to email them about this, their email is wowaccountadmin@blizzard.com.

It is important to write from your registered email address, that may be why you were told to contact Billing first.

If you were compromised, I'd highly recommend spending this time making absolutely certain your system is secure. While we can get things straightened out, it does little good if the compromiser can get right back in :)
