Can't eat or drink bug? i keep standing...

Alrighty.. i swap to ret and i can't drink or eat. buff saying im doing either comes up and vanishes instantly and i stand back up.

only happens when im in ret.. ive checked wows gear manager and im fine there nothing trying to equip that isnt there.

im wasteing a small fortune in ticks trying to get my mana back help....!!!!!
