Think about it.

Nethaera posted that we would be getting Faction changes. I noticed she never said that we would get race changes. Does this mean that there will be Blood Elves in the Alliance and that there will be Gnomes in the Horde?

I know it seems unlikely, but is this what is meant by "Faction Changes in the Works"?

You make an excellent point; not much information has been released about this particular function just yet. We will be giving more information on this feature sometime in the near future.
