Account banned, appeal, reban?

I was banned a few weeks back, I appealed the ban but didn't get the response till 8 days later, today (June 30th). And as soon as I got that email I was rebanned off the same charge for 3 more days, is there a number I can call to fix this seeing that my original email wasn't responded to till 8 days after I sent it. I did send another one but this is a stupid ban.

No I didn't not send a vulgar/immature/etc. email, it was quick and to the point about why I was banned.

I have all the emails still, and can post them here if needed. (Editing out my email and account name of course).

I was told that I was banned for 72 hours for exploiting the Flame Leviathan encounter but I was am unsure how I exploited it? I brought in a raid group and fought him in his area.

As you can see by the bolded dates I didn't get the response till 8 days after I was banned, the ban only lasted 3 days.

Didn't wanna post the full email but figured I might aswell. I also have the original one stating the ban if I should post that.
