Stuck Characters -- Please Read

Greetings, all--

We are aware that many players are becoming disconnected when entering bodies of water or zoning. We're looking into this issue presently and hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible. In the meantime, should you become disconnected and are unable to log in, please open a petition from an alternative character (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=19775) and include the following information within:

• Disconnected character's name and realm:
  
• Location:
  
• The word "stuck," or "disconnect"

If you've already a petition open, please feel free to edit this new information in. Our Game Master staff will be happy to assist your character as quickly as possible.
