CS Question Re: Retaliation BG

Just a question for the Customer service guys. (And no, this does not involve "refunds" or anything of the sort. it's 15 bucks a month, i don't care about a .02 cent refund)

A lot of players are getting really, really fed up with the problems that appear to be happening with just this battlegroup. Not just your normal QQ either, but legitimate concerns about the stability of our servers, etc. Especially since every time it's "We have it fixed!" - We get special extended downtimes, special attention paid to our group, and yet we STILL end up crashing repeatedly. I'm not throwing blame - crap happens with computers. But something is definitely awkward with the physical aspect on blizzard's end (or, for that matter, the connection TO blizzard's servers).

So, the question to customer service is: Are you considering allowing free transfers to another battlegroup? heck, pick the servers, we don't care. But with so many low pop servers, i'm sure incorporating some wouldn't only be beneficial to the target servers (revive a dead on maybe?) but would also give those of us on the Ret. BG set a more stable platform to play on.

Feel free to flame if youw ant, this isn't a demand, a QQ, nothing like that. Just bored and really don't want to concentrate on work again :)

That isn't on the table currently, no. The issues on this battlegroup aren't very unlikely to be due to population density, and we've only offered free transfers off of realms or battlegroups when that was likely to help the issue.

We'd much prefer to resolve these issues for the long term than empty the battlegroup and have a bunch of underpopulated realms after we've finished doing so. Still, if you feel that free transfers to a different battlegroup are in order, you can request them via the Suggestions forum.

We know that this can be quite frustrating, and thank you for your continued patience while we work to implement a long term solution.
