Wait... What? Who uses Righteousness for anything? If anything, Vengeance will be more the preferred tanking seal after 3.2. I'm confused, someone please enlighten me. I didn't think anyone used Righteousness as a tanking seal, let alone the developers.
I meant that we're fine with Righteousness being pretty niche. It is used in some tanking situations (say if you can't have enough time for Vengeance to stack meaningfully) and it's used while leveling up.
