What ever happened to the Equipment Manager?

Yes, wasn't 3.1 supposed to come with an equipment manager? I was absent for a while so I dunno if they said anything on it, or they just conveniently forgot about it. I remember it wasn't ready for 3.1, but were supposed to release it a week or two later. Discuss?

Interface -> Controls -> (Check the EQ Manager box) -> Character page, top right there should be a box to start. Again, I believe that's what it is. I don't have access to the game right now, so don't quote me on the instructions. |:<


Equipment Manager was released in patch 3.1.3 a couple months ago. Once you activate it in your Interface option menu as mentioned above (the direction sound right but could be a little off) you will be able to put some sets together to make changing them out easier.
