Transfer from US server to European server

Well, here we are, i would like to transfer 2 characters of mine from a US server to the French server sentinel, but when i try the server les sentinelles of the european servers doesnt seem to appear.

So my question can you do it ? how and if no why not since this is the same game.

More over in the worst case if i have to get a new account in europe do i have to buy again the cd key of the 2 expansion i have already or no?

I, too, recommend posting on the Suggestions Forum if you would like to see cross-region realm transfers, Mellozaris. Our various teams would like to hear what you have to say on this regard.
