Shards of Ahune

I thought all the seasonal quests had been reset, so why cant I pick up the Shards of Ahune quest to retrieve my second Tabard of Summer. I received my current one last year, and patiently waited to complete my collection this year, only to discover that I might not be able to get one after all? (I was a tabard collector long before achievements).

The quest is intended only to be done once, it is not an annual quest.

If you believe the quest should be able to be repeated please post in the Suggestion Forum and let our Developers know.
