I can't make a payment for a new account

i keep getting a error saying my credit card is not valid, i have tried several credit cards which are all valid...

is the service down?

This error message simply indicates that we are having difficulties processing your credit card. Unfortunately, this can be for a number of different reasons, but you will need to speak with a Billing Representative should the issue persist. Billing is available during normal business hours using one of the following numbers:
