In order that we may efficiently assist you with your account issue please circle all that relate to your request:
Deactivate Authenticator * Initiate Parental Controls Password Reset

I'll bet that form will let you do that. If not, you'll need to call Billing.

Currently, the only way to update the Parental Controls e-mail is to send in proof of identification. This is to ensure that an adult is doing it and not the minor child playing the account and trying to cause shenanigans :)

There are two different Terms of Use forms. One for if you just have a World of Warcraft account, and one for those who have merged into the Battle.net system. I will include links to both below. Circle Update Parental Controls E-mail, fill in all the information, and send it in!
