Battle.net account password reset

So you contacted the Billing & Account Services department but did not get your password reset during this? Or are you just waiting on the password reset e-mail?

Is it worth noting that in the web form I only included some of the optional information? I didn't supply a credit card number, CD key, or I think one other thing-- Just the security question answer.

It looks like you have received our automated confirmation e-mail that your letter has been received and is in queue to be handled, however no specific representative has addressed your e-mail yet.

If you can, I would recommend calling our Billing & Account Services department directly for assistance in the matter. They can verify the account with you right over the phone and attempt to get you back in the account as quickly as possible. You also will not need to wait for an e-mail response if you just jump in the phone queue :)
