It looks like you have received our automated confirmation e-mail that your letter has been received and is in queue to be handled, however no specific representative has addressed your e-mail yet.
If you can, I would recommend calling our Billing & Account Services department directly for assistance in the matter. They can verify the account with you right over the phone and attempt to get you back in the account as quickly as possible. You also will not need to wait for an e-mail response if you just jump in the phone queue :)
