Fire Fest upgrade?

So, is there going to be any sort of update for the Midsummer Fire Festival? If Ahune is still a lvl 70 boss doesnt that open the door to farming by 80s? Also, the page says it starts Saturday June 21st, but Saturday is the 20th.
