I Go to reset the password and as i log in it tells me that my account is down due to suspicious activities. So i start the E-mail Trail of trying to recover my account.
I also did a full network scan on all of machines here at home, i also ran a program called Retina Scanner that give me a full list of vulnerabilities on my machine. I didn't have one hit or error.
My password was of Mixed Case with numbers, it was believed to be a strong password.
I still have not gotten any word back from Blizz, this is unacceptable customer service. I am strongly Considering Closing my other 2 accounts due to this.
Now im really mad because i checked my armory

and all my gear i have crafted/farmed/Dungeon ran for the last couple months is gone.
The worst part about this all is not knowing what is happening to fix this, is it being looked at or is it just going to wait till monday?
You would think for a service running 24/7 (for the most part) that Blizz would employ enough people to work weekends... I work at a tech center that only supports 3K customers/users and we are a 24/7 operation that makes nowhere near the amount of revenue that Blizz makes monthly...this is very frustrating to say the least... Hopefully i can find resolution to this issue... Sooner than later...
