Its amazing how people jump up in an uproar when the patch notes are not finished!

yes, now is the time more than ever to ask for changes.

Warriors received few changes (1) in the new notes. However, now is the time to ask for changes.

So instead of... god i hate this term... QQing, go out there and make suggestions

We don't set out on a patch to make sure every class has the same number of entries. Some, in our minds, just don't require as many changes.

It is absolutely true that these are not the final patch notes. This is a major content patch with a new BG and PvE content and lot of changes, including a significant one to resilience. It's going to need a lot of testing on the PTR and we will absolutely make changes based on feedback and on what we observe.

But I also don't want anyone to be disappointed when they are waiting for several pages of buffs to their class that don't materialize.

Q u o t e:
Do you guys plan on addressing individual class concerns (making lots of class changes) over the course of the PTR?

We will make the changes we think we need to make. We just know by now that our internal testing can only go so far and sometimes players have a different experience, whether because of issues like connection speed, or more often creativity at finding different talent specs or damage rotations.

We do want to get a lot of PvP testing on this patch, but as someone said above, short of pre-playing the entire Arena season on the PTR, there is always going to be a limit to the amount of PvP testing we can do. Some of the most infamous strategies didn't develop until halfway through a season. The resilience change in particular this patch could have a lot of ramifications, some subtle enough that they may be difficult to detect at first.
