Blizzard Auth for iphone - FAIL

I upgraded my iPhone yesterday, and there were some issues. But this isn't about the iphone, it's about the authenticator application.

Once I had my phone working again I restored my applications. I launched the authenticator and attempted to log in to the game. But it looks like the authenticator thinks it's a new install, and needs to be connected to my account.

The problem is that to log into my account I need the code from the authenticator, which is no longer giving me the right codes.

I went to the support site, ended up calling the support hotline. When I got the representative on the phone he was very nice, but unable to help me with my issue because I didn't have the install codes from my original install disks. I've been playing the game for 5 years, and frankly I have no idea where those disks are. I'm sure I have them somewhere, and when I get home I'll start looking for them... again.

I was informed that there while I could not have my problem solved over the phone that there was another procedure and that information would be emailed to me.

This is from the email I received:

**Please Note: If the account in question has been merged with a Battle.net Account, the authenticator will be removed from all game titles associated with the Battle.net Account.**

I found it interesting that I could not send them a .pdf file....

Anyway, I sent them the information at about 9 AM, it's 3:30 PM now and I have yet to hear anything. No email saying they've received my message, nothing at all.

Does anyone know how long this process takes? Should I expect to hear from Blizzard? I realize that these things can take time, but it'd be nice to have some idea of how long to expect.

I have reviewed the account, Grimeagle, and it appears as though your information was received and processed. An email confirmation has been sent to the registered email address, which you should receive shortly.

You may also wish to jot down the serial number once it is attached to the Battle.net account to possibly avoid such issues in the future.
