Frostwolf server trouble on connecting

ok i dont know whats wrong or but i made a different char and can connect but every time i try to get on my blood-elf it will sit for a while after done loading but still be on loading screen then say disconnected from server? i don't know what happened worked fine before work midnight last night and now i wanna play before i sleep.....
