Battle.net Merging Stolen Account

Alright so with the introduction of the merging battle.net accounts and wow accounts there is now a large issue. If someone is hacked currently who hasn't merged someone can merge their own battle.net account to the WoW account. This happened to my friend this evening and he cannot access anything to get his account back because everything is sent to the battle.net email and the security before no longer matters.

This needs to be fixed. Following this merge both account log ins should work for a period of time, like a month just to weed out the whole vacation thing.

Also the main reason I post is what should my friend do because he cannot access anything that would help him retrieve the account because any info he knows is irrelevant.

Much like if an email gets changed in a compromise (and that is likely to have been done as well), calling Billing is one of the first steps. To have merged in the first place, someone had information they should not have had. Security should also be a top priority at this point. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back.

Here are the numbers for Billing.
