[bug] Heroic Black Morass - loot. Escalated

For a long while now (months), I have wanted to do heroic black morass for an item that drops there, and the challenge. It has been very hard for me, however, to find a group that is willing to go. Heroic BM is known to be difficult and a lot of players do not even bother to attempt it.

Last night, I formed a group for heroic BM. We managed to clear the instance on our first attempt! I had an excellent group of several of my friends.

However, unfortunately the loot for heroic BM has been bugged and the final boss only dropped blue items for us (normal mode loot). No one in my group got a Badge of Justice, a primal nether, or the one epic drop that should be awarded to us for completing a tough encounter. We did not loot any of the blues, for the fear that it would affect our petition.

We all put in a GM ticket on this matter. My entire group waited for more than 2 hours to hear from a GM, inside black morass. When we finally heard from the GM he told us that we did not need to wait there, and several of our tickets were escalated. One of the tickets that was escalated closed immedietly. Mine remained. Maybe about 15 hours later today, my ticket was answered. The GM, Noosia, told me the ticket had been escalated to him. I was told the same old bull that there was unfortunately nothing he could do to help us restore the items that should have dropped for us.

I had specifically gone to the encounter hoping to get the "Breeches of the Occultist". I find it unacceptable that there is no compensation that blizzard customer service can give my group. What kind of customer service is it to say.. "we messed up, we are aware of the issue, it was our fault, get over it there is nothing we can do".

My group should be awarded all of the badges that we should have gotten (we receieved none). We should also be awarded a primal nether, and a chance for me to get the epic pants that drop off of him. If this is impossible another form of compensation should be awarded... such as subscription time, etc.

I'm wondering, what will blizzard do to make up for THEIR mistake? I would like to hear from a blue about this.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience that has been caused, Sayuki, this issue is being looked into and we hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible. Unfortunately we will be unable to award any Heroic level loot from the instance.
