Paid character tranfer and payment method

first of all... i live in illinois and i wasw woundering how much the taxes were for the paid character transfer... also is it possible to use an american express giftcrad to subscribe or server transfer?

Aye! They do. You just have to make sure that it has a Visa/Mastercard/other various Credit Card symbols on it that we accept. You also need to make sure that you have an amount greater than $25 as there is a $1 "test" fee that is used to verify the validity of the card.
