Why do CM's always edit their posts?

I picture Neth responding to some troll with "You m^%$# f*&%#@er!! Then realizing she would lose her job and not get to snack on cookies all day anymore while playing WoW.

We can make typos or see a better way to phrase something and we like to fix these to prevent any confusion for our players.
