Wow account banned and charged......

My wow account was banned today, and my credit card was also billed for anouther month of service, I have already sent an email to the account administrators, but I was hopeing a blue could tell me why my account was banned, the email says I participated in something that unbalanced the economy, and im not sure what the could be, I dont buy gold, I dont use third party software or glitches, and I actually report gold spammers and whisperers, after they whisper their sales pitches to me. can a blue let me know what is going on with my account? I am currently posting from my wifes account because even my battle.net login wont let me post to the forums.
