Hello, My account was hacked with a keylogger on the 12th of this month immediatly after discovering this I changed my passwords on everything of importance from another computer and ran several different virus and spyware scans and installed a keylogger blocker. After this I attempted to log onto my WOW acccount my new password did not work. I checked the E-mail connected to the account which there where several from blizzard one reset my password to random numbers but when I used this password my account is now inactive I also recieved a E-mail stating I needed to send in my ID and a completed form which I faxed on the 13th. I then recieved 2 identical E-mails from Blizzard about a survey. I am just wondering if my fax was recieved and what the survey is for since I have recieved no help on the matter as of yet from blizzard. Also what is the average what time on hearing anything back about this and do I need to call blizzard directly or am I just playing the waiting game now? My toons name is Sorela on Coilfang server Thanks for your help.

I would recommend giving Billing a ring on this.

Unfortunately, Game Masters do not have the ability to see faxes.

Here are the numbers if you need them.
