I have a keylogger.

I went to a link on the rogue forums that was a keylogger, it was about ret pally burst damage and there was a link that ended in .jpg so I didn't think it could be a keylogger. I've run two virus scans with HouseCall and Ad-Aware. Ad-Aware found one virus but I don't think it's the keylogger. Please help.
