The flies are my companions. As Barolas said they are R, G, B, O and P. In order to track and count my flies they were colour coded which gave them their names. :D

Ah, you edited after I saw that. :P I just saw your LOL Vrak :P post.
Well it is essentially about a town made up of simply brilliant people who are working on the advancement of science, without many of the normal safety restrictions or oversight. :D
The series follows the new sheriff, an every day guy who though he doesn't have an incredibly high IQ has his own brand of smarts/common sense that allows him to investigate many of the strange cases that come up in the town and eventually safe the day.
It is fairly comical series that often has a good share of poignant moments.
