Can't re-sell mount - Blue Tracker

I'm sorry, Shugotenshi, but certain items will not have the option to sell back to the vendor, mounts are one of those.

Unfortunately the Game Master Department will be unable to remove the mount as well.

EDIT:: Also, it didn't grant me an achievement when I bought it. I haven't used/activated it yet.

You have to learn the mount for the achievement.

I believe that is still an achievement. Achievements aren't refundable no matter what currency is used.
