Heirloom Shoulder Question.

I bought Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders a long time ago, thinking I was going to level a druid. But I forgot all about her for the longest time.

I tried to contact a GM to see if they could exchange it for Polished Spaulders of Valor, but they said they GM's can't "Exchange" them. Is there anyone higher up that can do it, like a character specialist? or am I out of luck? (I know its been a long time, and I should've did a petition a LONG time ago, but i've forgotten all about this.)

With regret, I must report that elapsed time plays a very substantial role in whether our staff are able to provide a swap or restoration. In a case like this, where substantial time has elapsed, it's unsurprising that our staff were not in a position to help.

I'm truly sorry if this is disappointing at all, but I hope that you still find some use for those shoulders at some point in the future.
