Are the ragesteel shoulders even in the game?

I have received word back and it is possible that this item is not currently dropping.

It has been forwarded to our Quality Assurance Team for further testing. If I receive an update I will update this thread.

As I said, this issue has been forwarded to our Quality Assurance Department for investigation, also as I said before if I receive an update I will post here.

I do not have an ETA on when when I might hear back.

Please folks, I understand this is an important issue to you, as a Blacksmith myself I await the news with bated breath but nothing will be accomplished by continually demanding responses from the Game Masters that reside in this forum.

I'm sorry if you took it that way, Jathine, it was not my intention and honestly if you had been reading the thread you should be able to take my comment in the context it was intended instead of as an individual statement directed at the void.

As you now know, the plans for the Ragesteel Shoulders are now dropping in-game. Unfortunately I could not confirm if it would have been in the hotfix added last night because we didn't know for certain if it would be ready on-time and I didn't want to provide anyone with a possibly false answer.

Thank you everyone for you patience and good luck finding the plans.

If you have a percentage chance of acquiring the helm or the shoulder plans it doesn't matter how many times you have found the helm you will still have the same percentage change the next time you kill a mob that can possible drop either.

I think what he was saying was that I had already stated that I will provide an update when I was given one and continually posting "do you have an update?", "so what's going on?", "bump!", etc... is not productive in that if I don't have an update I can't provide you with any additional information.

I'm not one for just making up news simply to give me something to say.
