Mining hack

I was just in wintergrasp doing some mining and saw another player running a mining hack.
as of late this has become a daily event. They tend to be between the levels of 60 to 70 so if you do a default Who for the area they will not show. Today it was a level 57 hunter.
Now I check on the armory and see he has less than 3k health all greens but is 450 in mining. I ask myself how can this be as after leveling 4 miners i know where you have to go to hit level a 57 character with less than 2k health would be hard pressed. That is unless they are using the mining hack to level his skills. The hack flits between nodes so there is no mob intervention, it scales walls so no climbing is required and unless you are on a node when it arrives it is silent and unseen. If you do see it it is to see it hop across the screen .
How can we stop this activity?

With that said, you've my sincere apologies that your game play has been so impacted; I understand witnessing apathy in the form of botting or speed and teleport manipulation must be incredibly frustrating.
