Stone Keep Shards

for around 2 months now. my stone keeper shard count for the achievements haven't moved even though i have had well over 200 at some point. i have 64 on my main Zeeber atm but the count has been holding steady at 31. i have petitioned a couple of times starting when it first happened but never hear anything other then the normal "we will look into it" stuff but nothing has changed as of yet. i know the achievement works for a lot of people in my guild because i always see the messages in chat. any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

I am sorry for any misunderstanding, Zeeber. I hope I can share a bit with you, and help you understand the situation a bit better. Yes, we are aware of the issue, and yes, we are working on a resolution. These sorts of things do tend to take time, though, so you may not see a resolution tomorrow or even the day after that. It is more likely that a resolution for this would be given in the addition of a patch. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this undoubtedly causes you, mate.
