Account to Account Transfer issues

Hi there I am trying to transfer a friends character to my account (which is a battle.net account) and it is not letting me. It keeps saying that the destanation account does not meet the requirements for an account to account transfer.

What are the requirements for an account to account transfer? They are 2 totally different accounts as well.

Thanks!

BAM.

Q u o t e:
Account Restrictions:
- Transfers between accounts can be done only if you are the registered user on both accounts. (We do not support the transfer of characters between friends, guild mates, or family members.)
- Trial accounts are not eligible to send or receive characters. To remove trial restrictions please upgrade to a paid account.
- Characters may not be transferred to or from a suspended, temporary or permanently disabled account.
- Customers with expansion accounts cannot transfer characters to a non-expansion account. The reverse is accepted.

I've italicized the restriction which is most likely preventing your transfer, Roklock. At this time, account-to-account transfers may only occur between accounts registered to the same holder. :)

Apologies for any confusion, though!

One more thing!

Once a WoW account is merged with a B.net account, it may only receive transfers from other WoW accounts merged with that same B.net account or from other B.net accounts registered to the same owner. Regrettably, merged WoW accounts may not receive transfers from non-merged WoW accounts.

To break it down:
    B.net <---> B.net
    WoW <-------> WoW
    B.net < ---/ /---> WoW
