Katheral, you just need to complete the escort in Tanaris and you should be all set. Go find the OOX and escort it to safety.

Signalerror, you have found and turned in all three beacons but you still need to find and escort the OOX in the Hinterlands.

I do show you having completed all three.

Once all are done, the same little guy in Booty Bay will offer you the bonus quest. Basically you accept, talk to him again to complete, and he awards you the chicken.

Sometimes it helps to relog or leave the area and come back to see that he has that offering. Also, at your level you won't see any marks over him, but he should still have it for you.
