Resto Shaman need some love in 2.3

Yes I realize I play a warlock and I'm posting in the shaman forums.

Resto shaman need some love. They have 3 healing spells, and Earth Shield, that while it is nice, it's useless in arenas since most teams can dispel it (and with Hunters being able to dispel now, it's much worse). Chain heal has almost no use in arena. The water shield change is certainly great for all specs, I'll admit. But a shaman has no instant cast heals. No mobility, no heals they can cast while moving. This leaves them incredibly vulnerable to Counter Spells and Crowd Control in an arena setting. Overall they are probably the worst arena healer (in my opinion, at least). The extra spell damage isn't very helpful either, as Resto Shaman will have their hands full trying to stay alive and heal their team, rather than dps.

So how about some Resto Shaman love in 2.3?

We're looking into potential improvements for earth shield, and even lightning shield (isn't really applicable to you, but felt since I was mentioning one should mention both), but nothing is certain as of now. Mana spring totem is also being improved, giving you and your party 75 mana/5 (with the appropriate restoration talents), and water shield has had a very substantial overhaul for 2.3. When I know of other shaman restoration updates, I'll let you all know.
