Daily quest, 2.2.0 patch notes question

"Players can now accept daily quests even after their daily quest limit has been reached" from patch notes, some one wanan explain to me more abt this?

im guessing we can do more then 10 quests a day and it will count for same day? so basically we can make thousands of gold doing this?

We do plan to add some more solo-able daily quests after patch 2.3 too, so the 10 per day limit will be easier and easier to hit with all the options.
