This was posted earlier but with no response and I have the exact same question

" I have a Paypal account, but no debit or credit card yet. Can I pay for WoW using the money in my Paypal account instead of having to apply for a debit/credit card? When I tried to renew my account using Paypal, they said I had to use a debit/credit card."

Does blizzard have something against E-Cheques? I mean I've payed for my other MMOs, my Vent server, my website and everything I do online with E-cheques why does WoW monthly payments ask for a CC or DC? isn't that what your site already does? That makes paypal not anymore usefull, just a third party in the mix with no extra options.

Paypal is a viable option for paying for your subscription, Stereotyped.

You should be able to set it up via the Account Management page.

If you are having trouble with the service please check with Paypal to see if you are seeing up the account correctly and contact our Billing Department for further assistance if all else fails.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) Monday through Friday 8AM-8PM (PST) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.
