Battle-net account merge problem

I just merged my WoW account to my newly created battle-net account and I am having some problems.
When I attempt to log into WoW with my BN account it says "The log in server is currently busy. Please try again later."
When I access account management on the BN website it says World of Warcraft trial has expired.
I also tried logging into the forums with my BN account but it said I had no characters to choose from.
I can still log in to WoW/forums with my WoW account but not my BN account.
Can anyone help me out with this?

I'm not showing this one listed as linked, are you sure the merge worked?
