Downloaded the whole season of Primeval.
Stick with it. It gets better. One more shocker in episode #5. Not as big as the last one. I thought the season would flounder, but it came through. Hope to see a season 4, its set up for it.

I am unable to access my bank alt due to a technical problem with Battle.Net that I am currently trying to call Billing EU to fix. But is the game master department able to help me get access to the gold on the bank alt while I try to get Billing to fix this?
It is unlikely that we'd be able to access the gold you have on one account and transfer it to another.
What is the issue you need to speak with Billing EU about? Our teams are investigating an issue the recently occurred for a small number of players, if yours is related perhaps we can forward your information to the team working on it.
