Hello,

I am in the same position as the guy from this post http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=17730203661&sid=1

I randomly received an e-mail from blizz that my account was permanently closed due to "exploitation of the economy"

character: hayli on blackrock

I have been playing since vanilla wow and have never once been warned, suspended, or banned.

I do not buy or sell gold. I have not sold anything on the auction house in weeks except 2 nobles cards yesterday because the darkmoon fair is in town.

I was not hacked or keylogged. Guaranteed. My other (this) account is fine. No gold or items were taken from the guild bank and my characters still have all their gear on, and two of them are enchanters (so the gear was obviously not DE'd or sold or anything)

It has been a while and I still have not heard back from account administration.

QQ :(

Q u o t e:
As long as you've appealed through the proper channels (which is Account Administration), they'll review your account and unban you.

This is correct (though with one caveat): Our Account Administrators will be happy to review your case, Gasketz. Should investigation determine that a closure was placed in error or was the result of compromise, we will not hesitate to restore access.

In the meantime, and just for the sake of precaution, go ahead and review the following thread:

With that said, I can confirm that your email has been received and will be addressed just as soon as it reaches the front of our queue.

I wish you all the best!
