Hi, im here with my friend at my side, his main character (only 80 on the acc) is Supermassive on warsong realm.

Well i recruited him about 3 months ago using recruit a friend system, we leveled together, we play a lot togheter. and after him spending 2 days leveling jewelcraft, he got banned just when he reached 400.
this happened on 06/09/09, on monday, almost 3 days passed and he got no response. we live near, so im always talking to him in real life. well, i will give him the keyboard now, since he doesnt even have the chance to defend himself right now.

Hi, im being playing for some months, and never used any bot, program, lowerping. never bough gold, you can see for my account, that the biggest gold i received was when i was close to 80, a friend named Parkento-warsong, borrowed me 3k gold, and i returned the gold in about one week for what i remember.
I barely use AH, most of my gold was made from dailys.
The only diferent thing that happened two days before the ban, is that i was spending all my time leveling jewellcraft. as you guys can see, i spend almost nothing on AH, i farmed with mining about all materials, just spent a few gold (200 overall i think) to complete some points.
Daonga helped me with outlands green gems, and some other stuff, nothing that could pass 200-300g on AH. all the trades i made in this time, was with daonga and his alts, that he have many, except for some portals i bought from mages.
After hiting 400, i was so happy on ventrilo, enjoy my achievment, and sudenly got disconected. i got my account closed for economy exploitation.
I have faith that blizzard will undo this mistake, because i know for real that i didnt made anything against the eula...
But i have to admit im kinda sad right now, its more than 3 days, i didnt had the chance to enjoy the 2 days i spent leveling jc... and its taking a long time to recover the account.
Im here to ask to account admin to take a look in my case as soon you can. at the same moment i got banned, i sent 3 email trying to explain what i did in last few days, because i believe its the only motive that i get banned. i have read all the Eula after i get banned, and found nothing i was doing against it. but if i did, im sorry, and if you tell me what i did, i will surelly nver do it again.

Well, now i please ask for a fast response, to undo this mistake, like i daonga said,my character is supermassive-warsong. and im prtty depressed here, since all my spare time i was using in the game, and now i hav nothing.

Not to worry!

Due to high volumes, it can take a bit of time before our Account Administration team is able to respond. If more than a week elapses, it may not be a bad idea to check back with us, as we might be able to see if anything untoward is occurring.
