No Battle-bot in mail, ballte-net problem?

Probably not the best place to bring this up but i am actually having a hard time actually getting the bot in game. I have a battle.net account. My WoW account is on it. Did the link on the dew site and almost a day later no bot, not even a sprocket. keep leaving the game booting it up and logging in over and over again just to find nothing there. I followed the instructions on the dew site and even got the confirmed page and now get the "you have redeemed your prize for today" message when i try signing in the link again. Could there be something wrong with my account i dont know about? I didnt set the battle.net up myself i had my WoW account merged with battle.net after calling Blizz to recover my hacked account last week. Could that have something to do with it? I have no idea how to tell if something is wrong with that since i can log into wow with my battle.net info just fine. Sorry fpr posting this here but really dont know where else to put it.

Now let me be clear about this:

I HAVE a battle.net account!

I WAS NOT the one that set it up a Blizz tech was in order to restore my account last weekend after i was hacked and it was merged with another guy's account.

YES i logged all the way out by both exiting the game and backing all the way out to the log in screen from being logged in more times that i can count since i first received my "its in he mail" reply.

Since i SEE my wow account under manage games and USE my battle.net info to log into the game and my billing i will guess my account is merged but again i have none of my old info to even try adding it that way.

I thank you for any assistance in advance.

Sorry for the delay, Edyion. I’m afraid that I do not have much of an update on the matter, but I wanted to inform you that we have received a few reports similar to yours, and we are attempting to discover the source of the issue. I do not currently have an ETA for when the matter will be resolved, but please feel free to check you’re in game mail periodically.

Once again, thank you for your patience during this issue, and I hope that we are able to get your Battle-Bot delivered soon.

This continues to be an ongoing issue that we are working to resolve as soon as possible. However, as this only seems to be affecting a limited number of accounts, identifying the cause so that a resolution can be provided can be potentially difficult.

I apologize for any frustration this situation may have caused, and thank you for your continued patience in this matter while we work toward a resolution.

We know that many of you have been able to successfully claim your Battle-Bot and Battle Fuel by this time, and this is great to hear! We also understand that some of you are still experiencing issues, though, and so are working to have this resolved as quickly as possible.

So that this issue may receive further review, we would like to gather some information from those of you still unable to receive a Battle-Bot and/or Battle Fuel. If you could please post in this thread with the following details, we’d greatly appreciate it!

  • Character Name:
  • Realm Name:
  • Item not received: Battle-Bot, Red Battle Fuel, or Blue Battle Fuel
  • Confirmation that you’ve created and/or merged your WoW account with a B.net account

Please make sure the character you provide is a character you have logged into after redeeming the item.

Thanks to all for your continued patience while we investigated this issue. I am pleased to report we may have a possible resolution which I would like those who have not received the Battle-Bot or the Battle Fuel to attempt.

******************************************************************************************

***In order for this potential fix to work, you must be logged out of the game.***

******************************************************************************************

1.) Once logged out of the game, login to Battle.net Account Management located here:

https://us.battle.net/login/

2.) Under "My Profile", click "Change Password" and follow the on-screen prompts.

3.) Once the password has been changed successfully, log back into the game.

You should now have mail from Jepetto Joybuzz which will contain the Battle-Bot and/or the Battle Fuel!

Please update the thread if any further Battle-Bot/Battle Fuel issues arise.
