Failure to connect?

So I am trying to log onto my main account and at the moment it says unable to connect. However I can obvious access the internet and can even log onto a trial account I had set up. So obviously not a router/firewall problem. So what is the deal with my main account? Anyone else having this trouble? Im not banned nor is my subscription up.
