Draenei Shoulders - Blue Tracker

Quick question, are they being 'fixed' along with the orc shoulders in the near future?
As you all have seen, some of the shoulder armor look pretty ridiculous as they are either floating high above the shoulders or on the very edge of the shoulders and far away from the head.

All i need to know is if they are gonna change it soon, i need motivation to keep playing this guy..

This wasn't an intended change and is expected to be fixed before patch 2.2 goes live.

You are misunderstanding. The fix will be in patch 2.2. It will be fixed to go in before the patch goes live.
