Blizzard Support Customer Satisfaction Survey

My account was closed yesterday after I reported it compromised, I have not received any non-automated responses but got this Blizzard Support Customer Satisfaction Survey e-mail today. (I created a trial account to post on the forum)

Since I have not received any support I was wondering why this e-mail has been sent to me?
Does anybody know how long it takes acccount administration to respond to account closure issues?

Hey there, Rabid.

The Customer Satisfaction e-mail you received is a survey sent randomly to any player who opened a petition or received an e-mail from a member of our staff. This survey does not indicate that the investigation has come to a close.

Currently, it can take anywhere from 4 to 7 days to receive a response from our Account Administration Department; however, they are working as quickly as possible to address each outstanding dispute as quickly as possible.

I see that two of your e-mails have reached Account Administration and will be reviewed as soon as possible; your webform has also reached Account Administration's queue. :)
