The Customer Satisfaction e-mail you received is a survey sent randomly to any player who opened a petition or received an e-mail from a member of our staff. This survey does
not indicate that the investigation has come to a close.
Currently, it can take anywhere from 4 to 7 days to receive a response from our Account Administration Department; however, they are working as quickly as possible to address each outstanding dispute as quickly as possible.
