Hey there, Met.
As your fellow posters have mentioned, we are aware of an issue which prevents guild bank items from being seen after promoting a new guild master. After looking further into this, I have been able to verify that this is exactly what you are experiencing; each item found within your 6 guild bank tabs are still intact and as you left them.
Please remain as patient as possible as our Game Master and Specialist Departments look further into this issue, Meticulus.
