Unfortunately, your brother will need to wait until the Billing Department reopens tomorrow morning in order to have them look into unmerging his account. You can find their phone numbers below.

    Billing & Account Services

  • Phone Support — 1-800-59-BLIZZARD (1-800-592-5499)
Support Hours — 8:00am to 8:00pm Pacific, Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)

  • Users in Australia can call 1-800-041-378 if the above number does not work.
  • Users in Singapore can call 1-800-254-9927 if the above number does not work.
  • Other International users can call 1-949-955-0283 if the above number does not work.

While he waits, have him review these stickies, scan his computer and set up a new e-mail address that he solely uses for his WoW account and nothing else.

Whenever an email is changed - or you no longer have access to the one currently registered to an account - or an account has been merged into a Battle.net account by an unauthorized party, a call to Billing is one of your first steps.

Those conditions need to be corrected prior to further work proceeding.

Also, I'd highly recommend a complete security scan. To be able to merge an account, they had to have had the password and ID of the account already.
